TPLTMOE – Chapter 86
Chapter 86: Extra 3 – Pregnancy (3)
Ling Ran was frozen in shock. The two pieces of clothing were thoroughly soaked, clinging tightly to a patch of fair skin. On the soft, undulating curves grew two crimson fruits of flesh, like overripe produce on the verge of decay, blooming against flawless snow-white skin.
He could even feel the milky-white liquid still seeping uncontrollably from his chest, the dampness spreading rapidly across his clothes at an alarming rate.
Glancing at the bedsheet, Ling Ran realized that the sweet, milk-scented liquid had already left a small wet stain while he was asleep—like an un-dried water mark, glaringly obvious.
He quickly pulled the fabric away from his chest with both hands, trying to prevent further contact.
A warm trickle slid down his rounded belly.
Ling Ran was on the verge of tears from fright. The doctor had told him his body would naturally produce milk after giving birth, but he hadn't even delivered yet—why was it already leaking uncontrollably?
Considering the recent outrageous behavior of a certain enigma, Ling Ran had every reason to suspect that he might have been... bitten too hard, sucked too much.
Like a faucet that couldn't be turned off, would it just keep flowing like this forever...?
Embarrassed and terrified, he wanted to call for the enigma, but just then, the door was pushed open from outside.
"A—"
Ling Ran barely managed a soft sound before realizing it was Zhao Qin who had entered.
Zhao Qin had only come to deliver freshly laundered clothes and seemed surprised to find the little Omega already awake. He nodded politely. "Mr. Ling."
Ling Ran, as if caught red-handed, suddenly yanked the thin blanket over himself, tightly covering his exposed state.
Zhao Qin didn't pay it much mind, though he wrinkled his nose slightly before turning to hang a suit in the wardrobe.
Ling Ran asked in a tiny voice, "Where's Mr. Jiang?"
Zhao Qin replied, "President Jiang is in a video conference outside. He was supposed to attend in person, but since he promised to accompany you home for dinner tonight, he switched it to an online meeting."
Ling Ran nodded. "Okay."
Then he'd wait a little longer—at least until Jiang Zhiyu finished his meeting before calling him in.
Zhao Qin left after hanging the clothes, reporting to Jiang Zhiyu that Mr. Ling was awake.
Jiang Zhiyu gave a quiet "Hmm," but Zhao Qin couldn't help muttering under his breath, "It smells like spilled milk in there... a strong milky scent..."
Jiang Zhiyu, staring at his laptop, paused for two seconds before abruptly snapping the screen shut.
The person mid-presentation on the other end was clearly cut off mid-sentence as the call disconnected. Jiang Zhiyu removed his headphones and stood, commanding Zhao Qin in a low voice, "Leave first." Baffled, Zhao Qin set down the documents and exited.
Jiang Zhiyu strode forward, slowly pushing open the door to the resting room.
The scent wasn't just milk—more accurately, it was a blend of floral sweetness and creamy richness, like grape-flavored milk or some overly sweetened dairy product. There was none of the usual pungency, just an intoxicatingly sugary aroma.
Jiang Zhiyu's entire body stiffened as every pore on his skin suddenly dilated upon catching that scent. The faint milky aroma in the air triggered an overwhelming urge—his body greedily absorbing every molecule, only to stir up even more violent, uncontrollable restlessness.
He desperately wanted to tear something apart, preferably to locate the source of this sweet milk. If he could just take it into his mouth and suck hard, he wouldn't fail like before.
An endless supply of deliciousness would be devoured by him.
He was a beast in need of nourishment.
And so, he acted on that impulse.
The trembling little Omega clutching the blanket didn't realize how futile his attempts at concealment were. Did he really think an enigma with heightened senses wouldn't recognize that the milky scent was emanating from his chest?
The little Omega looked pitiful—eyes red-rimmed, nose flushed, his gaze shimmering with unshed tears, his expression one of sheer apprehension.
Jiang Zhiyu sat on the edge of the bed and gently tugged at the thin blanket wrapped tightly around him.
The little Omega's grip was stubborn, reluctant to let go, his pleading eyes fixed on the enigma as he whimpered softly, "It's all your fault..."
Jiang Zhiyu smirked, then simply dragged him—blanket and all—into his lap. He pressed a slow, deliberate kiss to his eyelids. "My fault for what?"
Ling Ran bit his lip, struggling to voice his shame. Slowly, hesitantly, he pulled the blanket down just enough to reveal the damp, ruined fabric beneath—his clothes soaked through, clinging to his trembling skin.
The scent of milk intensified, flooding the air. Jiang Zhiyu inhaled deeply, his eyes fluttering shut in satisfaction. Before the little Omega could cover himself again, the enigma's hand slipped beneath the blanket.
The sensation was warm, slick—unlike any other liquid. Fresh. Tempting. Drenched in the Omega's sweet pheromones, rich with the fragrance of milk.
For an enigma, this was an overwhelming assault on his senses. No amount of self-control could hold him back now.
He withdrew his damp fingers and tasted the lingering traces.
The moment his tongue made contact, the creamy sweetness exploded in his mouth, sending a rush of heat straight to his skull.
So good.
So fucking good.
So good it made his scalp tingle.
He wanted more.
The soaked clothes were discarded in an instant, tossed carelessly to the floor.
Every drop of milk that had spilled onto the little Omega's skin was meticulously cleaned away.
With his tongue.
Finally, Jiang Zhiyu reached the source, sealing his lips over the swollen, milk-filled flesh.
There was no need to worry about any excess—the enigma had already drunk every last drop.
Xu Guanyi was called to the company to give the little Omega a thorough examination.
Ling Ran's blush hadn't faded. Shirtless, he lay obediently on the bed, covered only by Jiang Zhiyu's oversized shirt.
For now, the milk had stopped, but Ling Ran remained tense—half from embarrassment, half from worry.
His chest still ached slightly from being sucked on, and he wondered if it had swollen—would Dr. Xu notice?
It was all Mr. Jiang's fault. Earlier, he had refused to get up, clinging to his chest like a child demanding milk from their mother.
How could he... how could he go this far...
If he finished it all now, what would their baby have left to eat later...
Lost in thought, Ling Ran grew even more anxious, his lips unconsciously pursing.
"Dr. Xu, is the baby in my belly alright?"
Xu Guanyi put away the medical equipment. "Nothing serious, don't worry."
Ling Ran relaxed slightly but then hesitantly asked, "Then... why am I...?"
Too embarrassed to finish, he heard the enigma sitting beside the bed speak up instead.
"He's started lactating before seven months. Could it affect his health?"
Xu Guanyi had long noticed the unmistakable milky scent lingering in the room. He glanced at the small Omega on the bed and asked cautiously, "How does your chest feel now?"
Ling Ran fiddled with the hem of his shirt. "A little swollen..."
Xu Guanyi pressed further, "What kind of swelling? Continuous or intermittent?"
Ling Ran mumbled, "I'm not sure... Maybe... you should take a look..."
As he moved to lift his shirt, a hand beside him swiftly stopped him, not allowing even a glimpse. Xu Guanyi had already tactfully averted his gaze.
"No need, no need," Xu Guanyi said, well aware of someone's obsessive possessiveness. "Just describe it to me. Honestly, this isn't a major issue. Some Omegas have unique constitutions, so there's no need to worry—it won't harm you or the baby."
After repeated reassurances, Ling Ran finally eased his concerns.
He had been afraid something was truly wrong, but Xu Guanyi explained that as long as it wasn't painful and the flow wasn't constant, intermittent secretion wasn't a problem—just keep it clean.
But "keeping it clean" came with conditions. Ling Ran would rather wipe himself diligently or wear specialized Omega undergarments than let the enigma help.
Yet Jiang Zhiyu insisted on handling everything personally, leaving Ling Ran no chance to tend to himself.
Jiang Zhiyu cared for him more meticulously than he would a child, even putting on the specialized undergarments for him daily—but only after first relieving some of the accumulated milk himself.
Of course, none of it went to waste. The enigma consumed every last drop.
By the later stages of pregnancy, Ling Ran's belly had grown quite large, making even walking a bit difficult. His slender Omega frame made the prominent bump seem almost exaggerated.
They hadn't gone to the hospital to determine the baby's sex—both of them were happy with either.
Ling Ran had a natural affection for children, especially this little one who had been with him for nearly nine months. Their blood and bones intertwined, theirs was the closest bond in the world.
Jiang Zhiyu hoped the child would be born soon because he couldn't bear to see his little Omega suffering through pregnancy any longer. Half a month before Ling Ran's due date, Jiang Zhiyu had already inquired about all the necessary precautions.
Other details weren't as important—the main priority was assisting the little Omega during delivery. Some preparations had to be made in advance, such as helping him practice opening his birth canal. If the canal remained too tightly closed, external force would be needed to gradually massage, relax, and widen it, ensuring a smoother delivery later on.
Jiang Zhiyu arranged a private hospital room in advance and moved Ling Ran in as a precaution, bringing along a team of nannies, drivers, and assistants.
The obstetrician was an old classmate of Xu Guanyi's. Though highly experienced, upon realizing Ling Ran was carrying an Enigma's child, the doctor grew extra cautious, conducting multiple thorough examinations before finally being satisfied.
The doctor taught Jiang Zhiyu the technique for massaging open the birth canal, as he might need to perform it himself when the time came.
Jiang Zhiyu even moved his work into Ling Ran's delivery room, tending to him around the clock—down to the smallest details, even helping him undress and supporting him when using the toilet.
Every night was the most grueling ordeal for Ling Ran. Following the doctor's instructions, Jiang Zhiyu would sit by the bed, cradling him in his arms, guiding him on how to open his birth canal.
"Right about here," Jiang Zhiyu murmured, his slender fingers lightly pressing against the pale, stretched skin of Ling Ran's belly. "Relax your muscles and focus inward."
Ling Ran tried, but all he could feel was their restless baby kicking inside him. Nothing else.
Clutching the Enigma's hand, he whimpered, "I can't do it..."
"Mmm," Jiang Zhiyu kissed him gently. "It's alright. I know you're trying your best. It's just this little one being stubborn."
Ling Ran thought he might escape tonight's session and nodded hopefully. "Then... can I sleep now?"
Jiang Zhiyu carefully supported his heavily pregnant body, settling him onto his side in bed. He tucked a pillow behind Ling Ran's lower back to ease the pressure and placed specialized maternity pillows on either side, preventing him from rolling away.
Only then did he lift the loose nightgown higher.
Ling Ran's breath hitched, his eyes flickering up pleadingly, glistening with unshed tears.
Jiang Zhiyu didn't pause, leaning down to soothe him with another kiss.
"Sweetheart, open a little more."
"Be good. Relax for me, and we'll finish sooner tonight."
